Scene #8 11-21-07 3rd alarm, 1215 "K" Street, N.E. Heavy fire throughout a three story tire warehouse and repair shop.

Scene #11 3-12-08 5th alarm + 3rd alarm, 3145 Mount Pleasant Street, N.W. Heavy fire involving a four story "H" type occupied apt. building which extended to a large church on exposure "C" side. The 3rd alarm was sounded for the church. There were several maydays for trapped or missing firefighters, and extensive mutual aid. All civilians and firefighters safely escaped.

You will see a rescue at the National Shrine of a Falcon Hunter and falcon, a small child with finger in a hasp of a lock, a crane operator who had seizures and had to be lowered via stokes basket (10 stories), a car into Rock Creek with woman trapped, an elevator rescue at the Old Post Office Pavilion, double fatal accident with one pinned and the other ejected onto a front porch, a tree that fell onto car with woman pinned and a construction worker stuck in the mud. These pictures were selected from among nearly 3000 pictures and newspaper articles currently on file in the new DC Fire & EMS Museum, operated by the Friendship Fire Association (FFA) on the third floor of Engine Co. 3 at 439 New Jersey Avenue, N.W. This CD-ROM was produced in 2005 by the FFA. Quantities limited! 100% of all monies collected will be donated to the FFA.
