We ship the best way available, usually by UPS, unless other arrangements have been made. Ordering early helps ensure the availability of the variety requested. Shipping season begins in late October, depending on the weather, and we ship up until the 1st part of April.
All plants are dug fresh from the field for each order so shipping dates are approximate and are subject to weather and other delays. Due to this, ship dates must remain flexible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return within 10 days for a full refund or replacement. However, we accept no further responsibility.
We guarantee that all plants are of #1 grade and Arkansas state inspected every year, and are true to name.If you are not satisfied with your order you may return shipment within 10 days of delivery and a complete refund or replacement will be made.
