Pense Nursery - Specializing in Small Fruit Plants

Specializing in Small Fruit and Berry Plants, also fruit trees and pecan trees.

Grown in the mountains of North Western Arkansas.

PENSE NURSERY is a family-owned farm that has passed down through three generations. The business was started in the 1950s under the name LOYD PENSE NURSERY. With six sons and two daughters, the business became too complicated to encompass the ideas and varied interests of all the brothers under one ownership. In the late 1970s the business branched into five separate nursery business, with all five companies still strong and growing. Now the third generation is following in the footsteps of the sons of the original company.

The owners of Pense Nursery now consist of Phillip Pense, his wife Michele, sons, Drew, Nicholas and daughter Violet Grace. And in addition to that step son Greg, and step daughter, Alexis. Father time has reflected it's changes on the pense family. Loved ones are lost but time carries on but they are forever with me in my Heart. We change and we adapt. We start a new begining and in that we have a new hope, no medicine is so strong, no words so powerful than the thought of that great hope that is to come. And with that we start another chapter in our lives.

We continue to strive to offer high quality planting stock, that gives you the best chance of being successful in your fields. So wheather you have a back yard garden, or Commercial operation you can depend on Us to give you the best plant stock available. With years of Farming we have experienced the highs and the lows, and with that knowledge of growing plants you get the best stock available.
