Our plants are all fresh dug plants for every order. We guarantee our plants to be live and healthy when you receive them or you may make a claim to have the plants replaced or your money refunded, within one month. We will not be responsible for neglect or growing conditions that is beyond our control after plants have been received. We make every effort to keep all stock true to name. On occasion certain varieties may be sold out, and we will make an equal substitute, unless stated no substitution, on your order form. This warranty is to cover the customer in getting a healthy live plant. Once plants are in the care of any individual, we express no responsibility for production or problems that might accrue
