

Shawnee - Out performs all the other varieties in size & crop, ripens in July.
Brazo - Short canes, produces well south.
Lawton - Best disease resistant, is extremely drought resistant.
Darrow - Upright, easy to pick; produces main crop in July; smaller fall crop; self-pollinating; hardy & productive
Cheyenne - Best for north; withstands cold & heat; large sweet berry.
Roseborough - Large vine; does well in south; good for home & commercial.
Choctaw - Few seeds, ripens third week in May.
Kiowa "Patented" - Worlds largest blackberry; very firm, holds up well in shipping; withstands cold drought & hardy.
Chickasaw "Patented" - This is a new U of A release. Replaces the Shawnee; It is upright; It can be machine harvested.

Hull - Sweeter than black satin but not as hardy.
Black Satin - Cold; hardy plants produce 8-10 qts, of fruit in mid July.
Navaho - Easy to pick; ripens in early July.
Arapaho "Patented"- Ripens in mid June; before other thornless types.
Apache "Patented"- . New U of A release; has resistance to the orange rust; is highly productive; is sweet.
Ouachita "Patented" - Erect plant, highly productive, large, firm, sweet berries. Ripens about 3rd week in June
Triple Crown "Patented" - Very productive, firm, sweet fruit. Ripens later, near mid- July
